Fall School and Group Tours
We invite you and your class to spend a day with us at Honeysuckle Hill for our Fall Educational Programs.
Combining our experience in farming and teaching, we have created fun, interactive activities and exhibits on our farm to complement your school curriculum and provide for a memorable and exciting learning experience for your students.
Our Educational Farm Tours this year focus on the Honeybee and how they pollinate our farm! We have two tour options this year, an Orchard Tour or a Pumpkin Tour.
Our Orchard Tour takes students through our family orchard to see how apples grow and how honeybees pollinate the apple trees. Then students get to pick their very own apple.
The
Pumpkin Tour teaches students the life cycle of a pumpkin and why honeybees are soimportant to the farmer. Then we take a trip to the pumpkin patch and pick the perfect pumpkin!
Tours are $6 per person and Teachers are Free!
