Fall School and Group Tours
We invite you and your class to spend a day with us at Honeysuckle Hill for our Fall Educational Programs.
Combining our experience in farming and teaching, we have created fun, interactive activities and exhibits on our farm to complement your school curriculum and provide for a memorable and exciting learning experience for your students.
Our educational theme this year is "Got Milk?" The students will learn about where milk comes from, how we obtain it, and what we need to do with the milk
once it leaves the cow to prepare it for mom's
refrigerator. Kids will learn about what cows eat, how they are cared for, and what other food products and resources we obtain from cattle.
Each farm tour last approximately one hour. We hope that you will bring your picnic lunch and stay for a while. We have a great playground and many attractions your students will enjoy. We have a gift shop with souvenirs, and a concesssion stand.
We have two fall tour options this year:
Orchard Tours -Weekdays, September 21 through September 30
